Jan., Feb., March Rates: Weekly $600*
One Month $1900
Two Months $1800 per month
Three Months $1700 per month
All other months: One Month $1600
Two Months $1500 per month
Three Months $1400 per month
* Weekly rate is from Saturday to Saturday, check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10AM.
Note: Utilities and Golf are in addition to monthly rental rates.
Security Deposit: $1500
Cancellations require 60 days written notice and there is a $200 cancellation fee.
