2008-2009 Season Rates
Daily and Weekly, plus tax, payable in advance. Annuals payable in advance or two payments. All rates based on double occupancy. Electric not included in Monthly and Annually rates. Additional days for monthly residents are pro-rated based on season rate. Rates include Dish TV. Additional guests $3.00 perperson per day. We are honoring all discounts cards such as AARP, Good Sam. and AAA. Rates subject to all Arizona State and Local Taxes, and are subject to change without notice.

Require 1 month deposit of $300 for advanced reservation and is applied to last months rent. Cancellation of any reservation requires a written notice and must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date and a $60.00 cancellation fee will be deducted. No refunds will be available on any cancellation of reservation less than 30 days.
