2011-2012 Season Rates
Daily and Weekly, plus tax, payable in advance. Annuals payable in advance or four quarterly payments. All rates based on double occupancy. Electric not included in Monthly and Annually rates. Additional days for monthly residents are pro-rated based on season rate. Rates include Dish TV. Additional guests $3.00 per person per day. We are honoring all discounts cards such as AARP, Good Sam. and AAA. Rates subject to all Arizona State and Local Taxes, and are subject to change without notice.

Requires one month deposit of $300 for advanced reservation and is applied to last months rent. Our resort cancellation policy is a $100 fee, requires a 30 day notice. When a guest reserves a site, they essentially remove the site from availability, not allowing longer term reservations to accommodate that site. Cancelling a reservation before the season begins makes it very difficult and sometimes impossible to fill the site if other guests have reserved days before and after the anticipated reservation. We hope you understand the difficulty we have in re-filling a reservation.
